A pair of mirrored figures in flowing red-and-gold gowns, one cradling a golden sun and the other a pale rising moon, set against bare branches, autumn blossom and a scatter of butterflies. Painted as two canvases that meet in the middle to complete the scene.
Specifications:
Medium: Acrylics on Canvas
Size: Acrylic Diptych (2 Panel set / 120 × 40cm each
Category: Custom Commission
Painted as a pair rather than a single canvas — hang them facing each other and the two figures meet across the gap; turn them outward and each one looks off into her own sky. Either way, one holds the day, one holds the night, and neither is complete without the other.
